I look it up on-line. It's faster for me. I think they should do away with them, a lot of trees could be used for something else.

FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO KNOW........... AND FOR THOSE WHO DON'T CARE.......... LOS ANGELES, California (CNN) -- Michael Jackson will be buried Saturday, August 29, on what would have been the singer's 51st birthday, according to a statement from publicist Ken Sunshine. The private ceremony will take place at Holly Terrace in The Great Mausoleum at Glendale Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, California, and "will be limited to family and close friends," the statement said. Jackson died June 25 of cardiac arrest. The famed entertainer was 50.

I'm addicted to my Blackberry and my computer. I don't watch that much TV anyway, and I can always get what I want on the internet. -
One to change the light bulb and to post that the light bulb has been changed. Fourteen to share similar experiences of changing light bulbs and how the light bulb could have been changed differently. Seven to caution about the dangers of changing light bulbs. Seven more to point out spelling/grammar errors in posts about changing light bulbs. Five to flame the spell checkers. Three to correct spelling/grammar flames. Six to argue over whether it's "lightbulb" or "light bulb" ... Another six to condemn those six as stupid. Fifteen to claim experience in the l

Totally agree. I have taken over the buggy from my husband in Walmart. Good Gawd if I didn't, we'd never get through there. He's ALWAYS yielding! You're really on your own in there, and I think everyone has the same mindset. We just manage to stay out of each other's way.

I have one. Do you still need it?

Sorry, I just wanted to clarify: Sugar does not cause Diabetes: (HealthCastle.com) This is probably the most common misconception about diabetes. If you have diabetes, you do need to watch your sugar and carbohydrate intake to properly manage your blood sugar level with the help of your Registered Dietitian. However, if you do not have diabetes, sugar intake will not cause diabetes. So far, a diet high in calories, being overweight, and an inactive lifestyle are the main risk factors for Type 2 diabetes. A study published in Diabetes Care (April 2003) re-confirmed th -

1995. I remember it well. We had three trees blown down. The wind was coming straight up from the south. It's the first time I've gone through a hurricane so far north away from the ocean. The first two trees hit the side of the house and knocked the chimney off. And I said, thank you Lord, that's okay. It was a huge white oak right in my back yard that I worried about everytime a tornado warning came around. So, now it was gone. Me and my son stayed up all night because the wind was howling. Just when we thought it was probably over, another huge thud.

Contentment came in my early fifties. When my children were grown and I started another chapter in my life. I still don't know where my future will lead me, I'll just be happy going there. I know for myself when I had my children and my husband, I was always concerned about them and helping them get to where they were going. Things slowly fall into place, and now I'm helping my grandson get to where he needs to go, but without so much stress. He also has his mom guiding him. Life is hard, but it's what you make it. I've always (tried) to have a positive attitude

Well, that's a start. We live on a lake and have several bats. Maybe that's why. I'm just used to seeing a lot of lightening bugs. Thanks.

I've been meaning to mention this for a while, but I keep forgetting, until tonight. We were sitting outside and I saw one. One. I saw one about 2 weeks ago. One. Is it just my area or are they just not around anymore? I remember when the yard would be full of lightening bugs. And we would catch them and smear them all over our face and scare the bejesus out of each other. Anyone?
