If I were going to have that kind of surgery, I would start with Emory at Kennestone. I would want the best, even if it is a little trouble. I had a Resurgeons doctor that wanted to operate on my neck. I like Resurgeons for some things, but if someone is going to cut into my neck and touch my spine, I really prefer someone from Emory to do it. So I went to see Dr. Benedict who is with Emory at Kennestone. Look for the best. Hip replacement is very serious. Good luck on your search. And just remember to specify hip doctor in your search.
