The windows system files have become corrupted and you "might" have a failing disk drive. You should be able to iinstall a new hard drive and install windows on it (Or Linux if you dont want to spend money on a new license) then install the old hard drive as a secondary which will allow you to access your old files.

The problem is that i dont have the tools neccesary to replaces the CPS sensor as its in a darned problematic location meaning it would have to be fixed at a shop. Wonder if i sabotaged my OBDII port if theyde be forced to tailpipe it...

If the computer itself powers on and its simply that windows wont load at all it may be a hard drive failure. If it powers on and beeps at you then you may have bad memory. If it powers on but nothing at all displays on your monitor and the monitor doesnt come on it may be your video card. If it powers on and windows gives you a load error then your system files may be corrupted and youll need to do a reinstall. If it doesnt power on at all then your power supply has failed.

I suspect the sensor is bad and I suspect that the relay for the secondary air pump has failed, the problem is that I cant afford to fix either one and neither one is actually impeding the car's functioning. I know it can pass a tailpipe test which is why im asking.
