It would be hilarious to see him argue with his doctor when the doc tells him he needs a certain medication or something "No I don't I know all about medicine! Your full of bs doctor!" Once again he cannot be the one to fill out the report. He gives a statement to someone who fills out the report. You have now been told this numerous times. The point is the officer had to follow SOP and that's exactly what he did.

I know the procedures, I wore a badge for a rather long time. I filled out more reports than I care to remember. If I had been injured in an incident then it waited and was often completed by someone else.
