    Highland Rivers is a good program, they generally cater to those with no insurance or have medicaid. If you have private insurance (Blue Cross, Humana, Aetna, Magellan, UMR, Cigna, etc...) then depending on where you live there are plenty of outpatient options available to you, though individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy would likely be your greatest benefit.
