I heard that Vickie had passed away on Sunday, but have heard nothing of the burial arangements. My condolences to her family.

Worst......a brick squirrel. Best was a beautiful red rose bouquet. I had only gotten him a card, so I slipped out of my clothes, put on red lipstick to match the roses, and walked into the living room holding the roses. Low an behold, he snapped a few pictures, all of just the face & chest with the flowers in front. When I had the picture developed (at Walmart) when I picked them up, the envelope had been opened & resealed so many times, it was ragged and soft as felt. I was as red as the roses by the time I got out of there.

Well?? What about the people that called 911, but never followed up either? If I had reason to call them, I had reason to check on my neighbor. So sad it happened, but they don't carry all the blame even though they are suppose to be the professionals.

quite a few years ago, I had to travel to a meeting with my boss & his wife. When we got to the destination, she lit up some contraband in the hotel parking lot. I about freeked out. I asked her: wasn't she afraid to travel with that crap. She said "no I put it in his luggage".

Running a business from the home is also illegal. We have had that stopped several times. All the juck cars in the yard is illegal. We have had them removed several times. Building a fence on the highway right-of way is illegal. We got that moved. Adding bathrooms without permits is illegal...well dang it I QUIT!!! Hey! Hey! I have been answering the PM's I got about this, and I am at work. It is the house across the street. The owner is under house arrest, pending sentencing. He will probably be put on probation as his health is bad, and he has more charges pending. It is up the the neighbors now to be the eyes & ears for law enforcement. Some of you may know about the horrible stuff I had been through with my old neighbor, most do not. Today is scheduled to be the day for his sentencing hearing. It may not be, as he hasn't completed the required 3 mental evaluations, that were required. I am so ready for this to all be over and behind me, please ya'll cross your fingers that it will be over and done today. I have moved and sold my home, but the stress of all this has taken a toll on me and my entire life. Yes, you can but you must (absolutely must) get them to sign a release form. You do not want them to get any proceeds from the sale of the home. Even if a new agent sells the home, if it is within the certain time frame, they can legally file for a portion of the money. A bad agent should be fired, but do it the right way, to protect yourself.

I can relate to both sides of the argument, but we have MANY years of birthday party memories there. I'd hate to think other generations won't have that. It won't hurt to at least have a voice in the decision. Maybe they could design a playground that is easier to clean and safe.

The risky vacations can be the best. I flew on Valu-Jet, right over the sight where they were dredging out pieces of their crashed flight, to Key West where thete was a hurricaine predicted. Had a blast and everything worked just fine. Don't spoil a good vacation with worries. Have fun and enjoy life. I haven't decided where I want to go this year.
