I like sweet potato pies better than pumpkin anyway, not so spiced up. They are delish. I keep canned pumpkin for making soup though. It's simular to potato soup.

I have looked there. There are very few styles that they can actually cut, and I wasn't impressed with any of them. Most of them looked more like vinyl than wood.

I am in need of odd size window blinds and custom blinds are way expensive. Has anyone bought blinds and got a good deal? I need like 63" wide and 72" length.

I believe I'd had to be bed-ridden, blind & deaf to not enjoy my new home. I love the place so far, even with all the work. I'm sad to have moved out of Paulding County after all these years, but it was time to go, and I'm not far away. Just out of bullet range, thank God.

Extreme Tree Works came to my home on Sunday, gave me a quote. They came Monday morning and did the job. They did an excellent job. I am very happy with their work and work ethic. I highly recommend them. The work they did was very risky and dangerous. I am proud of the job they did.

My Mom used to mix it 1/2 & 1/2 with regular milk, to make it go further for less money. It was fine. For folks on a tight budget or a lot of children to feed, it's actually pretty smart. I keep powdered milk for cooking, because I don't normally keep milk at my house.

I have been in the situation many times, that I had to work and had absolutely no one to keep my children. They often HAD to go with me. I could have been fired if I was caught, but I had no choice. Have any of you offered to talk to the Dad? Maybe he could really use some help.

I miss Troup Farms. They were the cleanest and best of anywhere I had been. They have closed.
