  1. They are still out there. Passed by about 8:30 and one across from grands was standing on the hood of his car looking around. Just heading home and 3 still on both sides of 61 now
  2. We went a couple weeks ago with a groupon deal. Very nice there. My wife was a little afraid to shoot so one of the girls came over and taught her some basics and made her comfortable shooting . We plan on going back again soon.
  3. Maybe another deep fried delight kind of place like we need more.
  4. Next there will be locust swarms in the tunnels !
  5. We just spent the last week in Orlando for Christmas. 23 years living there I've seen it all. Anyway, got approached in that same manner at a walgreens there by the airport. On her way to a funeral and just ran out of gas. Umm no... It's 10:00 on Tuesday night so not believing this one. Only time I helped a kid out was at a gas station asked for $2.00 he needed to get a meal to go and told me where he was riding his bike to which was quite a way away in Orlando. Gave him the money and when I was done pumping gas saw him on the sidewalk with the chicken meal he said he was going to get. Some
  6. I like Happy Hawg. If you serve pork with no sauce you know it has to stand on its own and theirs is really good. Their sides are good and always friendly when we go. I tried Hickory Hut tonight and they were very good too! Usually don't like pork covered with sauce when it's served but it was really good even the pork on the bottom that I was able to eat without sauce on it. The Brunswick stew is the best I've had around here! I will definitely be back for more. Even got an apple pie to go for the way home. Jim and nicks is good of but expensive. Merle's is really good too, been a couple
  7. If I say I'll be right with you, don't just start talking thinking I'm going to stop what I'm doing and take care of you. The remote is mine. Don't call after 10 pm Flush.....
  8. I passed by about the same time and thought the same. No closed sign or anything.
  9. Yeah, Dallas to Chamblee and back everyday, the drive sucks enough as is. I don't need anymore dummies slowing me down!
  10. Great.... The one day a year I need to be home on time and he'll probably grid lock Atlanta again like the last time he was here!
  11. I lived in Orlando and was driving home late one night, got listening to some good music and had no clue where I was until I got to Daytona Beach 60 miles away!
  12. Maybe we can find the few if any in the tour that raced clean and give them the title. Some whole teams got dq'd for getting caught. Yes he was amazing if you compare at the level of who's got the best drugs. Same with football, baseball, Olympic sports etc. never said it was right but and that's why he isn't much of a person now. If they want to do it admit to it. It would be great to see the best lab created monsters compete in a seperate class against each other as long as they self destruct on their own . Just leave the real sports for the good guys. Gotta go flip the channels and see if
  13. Recalculating, recalculating, recalculating, turn around dumbazzzz.
  14. Dope or no dope, he was an amazing athlete if you realized he competed in a field full of dopers. He brought more attention to US cycling than anyone else. I even looked up to him as I rode for years but always thinking he could never be fully clean. Unfortunately as a person he's disappointed many now and who knows the repercussions of his years of lies.
  15. 6 minutes included walking to/from my car! At 6pm no wait
  16. I'm just starting to learn and be really interested in my mom's side of the family. Most of her side of the family traces back to Jackson's Gap, Alabama This is the story of my 4x great grandfather. Michael Jefferson BulgerBorn: Feb. 13, 1806Death: Dec. 14, 1900 Civil War Confederate Army Officer. From a modest beginning in South Carolina, he re-located to Alabama as a young adult, and in time became prominent in this states politics and militia. With the prospect of war on the horizon in 1861, he, as a delegate to Alabama's secession convention, voted nay to the question of whether the
  17. Oh. Don't shoot one inside a metal storage building. I hit the deck until the ricochets stopped! I got carded once for buying PB Blaster at wal mart once. I told the guy I was 37 at the time. Told me he just had to do his job as he pointed at the camera pointing at him.
  18. Maybe Zimmerman followed the kid and tried to detain him until the cops showed up. Grabbing Martin, he got pounded and pulled his gun and shot to kill. We just moved from central fl and I agree with the laws there even though I don't have any weapons. If he persued and instigated this then he should not be protected by the law. If he was approached and assaulted then he stood his ground.
  19. There may have been one by us off Old Villa Rica Rd last night. Coming down our street and what looked like a small german shepard came from a yard a few down by us running fast with a long tail almost tucked between it's rear legs. I followed it to the end of the street but it ran behind a house. Thought I saw it about a month ago in our cul de sac but wasn't sure.
  20. The town I grew up in in NJ is getting bad flooding right now. They have been opening a dam for "controlled" flooding to prevent a failure of that dam just above where I used to live. After we moved, they built flood control walls along the Rockaway River and one has failed causing water to rise fast. Probably never make the news but hope everyone makes it through ok with minimal damage! My link
  21. I worked at a couple dealers in Orlando where we sold nitrogen for tires. Won't argue about if it's good or bad but I was happy using it because I filled all my vehicles for free!. I noticed the biggest benefit when filling trailer tires. Set two trailers all at 53 psi a little over the max because nitrogen will not expand with temp. The trailers could sit for months and check the tires still at 53 psi. Towed my popup camper (with little 5.70-x8 tires) 7700 miles across the country and from 40 degrees in the Rockies or towing out of the Grand Canyon at 110+ degrees the tires still read the s
  22. We had 3 neighborhood markets within 10 minutes of us in Orlando. Not bad stores, one of them had a gas station. Nice to run in and pay decent prices and not stand in line for an hour like at a supercenter checkout. Any of the big Walmart stores near us you could sometimes wait 30 minutes or more to checkout and maybe get robbed in the parking lot. The smaller stores are just like going to Kroger or Publix usually quick in and out and 24 hrs.
  23. I hope to get out and start riding soon as we're new here. My old Gary Fisher has seen better days so I have started looking at new bikes. Did lots of mountain biking and a little road biking years ago so I'm not sure about getting a full blown road bike or maybe a hybrid type this time.
