I do not know alot of history about this but I do know one of the graves is Unknown cival war soldier. I do put a flag on that grave for that soldier on July 4th.

I am there with you, I do give to St Jude, but your right ,there is a small percentage that actually goes to recipients.

This sounds like my growing up, but it made us work hard so our families don't go through what we did.

I gave to larger charities a few years back and found that the non profits were living too good so I opted to give to individuals that I was led to give to, it has been the best way to me and you get more joy seeing the person you have blessed face to face. Just sayin'

I know this all too well and I love it.Last weekend our "out of state" kids came home and we had told them we just want to go out to eat as a family, normally they get us gifts but I have everything I need so we went to Catfish Den on Sunday and ate as a family, it was the best. All 17 of us.Ain't nothing better. This has truly been the best Christmas.

I did not mind them knocking on my door and I have always been gracious and polite, but the last time I opened the door and told them I am not interested they basically would not listen and was being pushy, yes they knocked on my door today and I did not answer, yes they have the freedom to speak but not at my door anymore.

I always try to give cash to family, do not like to shop during holidays and try to get gifts thru the year.If I do gift cards I put them in between cardboard when I mail them, that way the thieves cannot feel the envelope. I never send them in cards. It is a shame that society has been forced by the trash of the world to have to outsmart them.

I live on Dallas Nebo and no one drives the speed limit, not even Pauldings finest drive the speed limit.I pull out of my drive and everyone pushes you to drive faster.

I had a customer that came and bought balloons and tied them to a basket and put baby wash, wipes etc. in the basket. I also had another customer that used balloons as a center piece for each table and she used wipes , lotions, shampoo as weights to hold down the balloons. Hope this helps ya.

I cut open 3 persimmon seeds a few weeks ago from 3 different trees and it was a spoon inside each seed. The legend is you will find a knife, fork or spoon inside.for the spoon is Heaping scoops of snow this winter. We shall see. Last year was forks.

yep, I saw Carl when I went to Rebas viewing, seen Gina too. Had a great conversation with Carl, we talked about Brad and how Reba was broken when Brad passed away. He said "I loved all of you kids." he was a tough one back in the day and looked after all of us.He was just as humble as any man could be that day at the viewing. I held in the tears and cried all the way home.RIP Carl Couey

If we use (0 to 8,000) gallons then we pay Tier 1 price $5.94 per 1,000 gal. (8,001 to 10,000) galloons we pay Tier 2 price 6.53 per 1,000 gal. (16,001 and above) $7.13 we pay tier 3 price per 1,000 gal. Also look at example on back of bill. Hope this helps someone.
