Thank you for the answers. I pulled up one on radio shack and liked what I saw. There is one that needs a small external antenna but it says it is included. It is the small hanheld one I am speaking of, like the size of a cell phone.

Back to the topic......has anybody found a good answer? I am now craving these myself. Sadly the best I have had were at the Chinese Buffett in Hiram but I will not go back there due to their healthscore. So, where else is there?

The converter box thread made me think of something. I asked before about a small/portable tv with built in digital tuner to be used during a storm. I still have not found one. But I was wondering, if I have a small one will I still need an outside antenna?

Great suggestion, love that place. Also, Stone Mountain has a lot of nice things to do and you can stay at the hotel there. OR, Pine Mountain and the Wild Animal Safari (drive-thru).

PLEASE have her get a 2nd opinion. A doctor thought my sister had lupus (she had ALL the symptoms). A second opinion found out that she really had a gluten allergy. Google gluten allergy and celiac disease. I hope hers is an easy fix like this. My sister is a different person since she went on this diet.

Perhaps a George Foreman grill. We use one at the house and put weird things like fries and pizza pockets on it. Small and easy to clean. He could also cook grilled cheese sandwiches on it.

Too funny. And this is coming from a fat chick. What I think is worse than having her tell us what and when we should eat is the fact they are trying to pass a law that we can't grow our own food.

THANKS, Now I understand. Can I make a suggestion? Before you close a topic can you put a final post on there as to "why" it is being closed. This will help on two levels. 1) It will keep nosey people like me from asking why. 2) It will let us know what infractions we should not break. JMHO

While my screen name is bored...I was far from it today. Just got back from an awesome day at the lake with the family. About to relax for a few minutes and find something for dinner before heading out for more fun.

I was awoken with a loud noise. At first I thought it sounded like a plane about to crash. A few minutes later I heard it again. I have heard it several times since 7 am. It sounds like the noise you hear at an air show....like fighter jets flying by. I look outside and see nothing. And I know I am not dreaming. Please tell me someone else heard it.
