I was actually thinking this morning how I really liked the yellawood commercials. I was wondering what ever happened to those commercials. Then they just popped right back on the air. I'm ready for the next installment....

I have a bad memory already! I am about to try Jazzercise free for the first time. Then I will probably sign up for regular classes! Aerobic exercise is very good for you! I'm hoping that it will improve many areas of my health and pain.They have a class happening now at the Senior Center, also. I can't wait until Thursday morning!

I'm a former homeless crack-addict, who lives totally opposite from that today. If you knew me; you would never, ever have an inkling that I used to live that way. Miracles do happen, and people CAN change. They just have to want it!

We did use netflix for a while but my husband cancelled it because we didn't even use it one month and paid 10.00 for nothing. We are busy with 3 kids and sometimes we don't make time to watch a movie! I only rent a movie every 3 mos. or so. I have tried Hulu and Crackle, too. Me and hub have a hard time agreeing on the same movie, or we've seen a lot of them already. Also, we only have internet in our bedroom. We really should get it hooked up in the living room. That's where the new wii is now....I think i will have a higher comcast bill if I get another connection in the house.

I know, me neither! Yesterday I wore shorts, now this morning I am back in winter wear!

They might not have the gas $ to run the route anymore!

my friend posted this ver scene on FB a couple hours ago! My kids watched it on DVD just Friday night! I can't hear any sirens. Ever. The only time I've ever known about the sirens sounding is by reading it on here.

I'm not a corporation; but I sometimes refuse to keep up with technology. I don't have cable, a sattelite dish, xfinity, on-demand, netflix, or a blu-ray player! I don't go to the movies either. I liked the store service and being able to browse in person. I'm going to have to force myself to learn how to use the little machines that took my customer service away. How many movies can that machine hold, really? I was going to finally try the Redbox machine at Wal-Mart the other day. They only had the blu-ray version of the movie I wanted.

sure, i like popcorn! I'm just trying to figure out why they closed; and now so quickly are re-opening I don't get it

I just saw a big banner sign on the Lost Mountain Blockbuster that they were closing down that location. The one in New Hope closed down last year. I said well I can always just go to the Lost Mountain location. Not anymore. It's closing too. I had just noticed the Blockbuster's little kiosk machines that dispense movies like a soda machine! I guess these are cheaper than an actual store. IDK. I wonder how long the one in Hiram will remain open?

That is one of the reasons why I tossed the question out there. I actually had two close neighbors that burned their leaves a while back. I thought it was kind of rude because the enormous amount of leaves they were burning was causing enormous amounts of smelly smoke! I thought about it from my neighbors point of view. Did I want to be frowned on with my smoky burning, too? Not really, so I think I am doing the courteous and appropriate thing. AND, I never knew Naturegirl or others would actually buy it from me. Never thought about it that way!

I heard that these communities have various mini-camps during summer vacation. But, does anyone know if they will allow non-resident children to pay and attend any of these camps? My girls will be going to just one or two mini-camps offered by the Parks Dept. this summer. I am interested in finding a little bit more for them to do.

The pine trees are pretty far from my house. If they fell, they would just damage a fence or another tree. But, it would be an inconvienience to have to chop up a whole pine tree. I like them and they are the only trees on my property. They provide a nice back -drop and shade to the yard and shield the afternoon sun. They are tall and beautiful! By the way, I raked and bagged off and on yesterday. It looks like I'm going to have 60 or more 30gal. bags of straw and cones! Maybe even more than that! Whew! I have at least 25 already.
