Hmm...I could use some jeans brought in at the waist. You know her price is right and it sure makes since to go to her then buy new. Then again the Wearhouse has great prices and up there by the new courthouse where I happen to be at once a week. So many decisions... -
10 GB Disk Space 100 GB Bandwidth basic site be enough? --Yes, for small business this will do you just fine. Paulding.com is an example of a website that needs WAYYYY more then that! You and I however will do just fine with 10GB storage/use and 100GB bandwidth. FYI: Bandwidth is similar to wording used in smartphone plans. "Data Use", "Data Transfer", "Data Download". ect. In other words, the hosting service monitors how many times someone/something downloads (views) your website. Each time someone visits they download your website onto their computer for viewing. That data bei

Compressed air is fine just give time to dry. You need something like compressed air because of the force behind it.
-
Be careful with compressed air it usually produces moisture when sprayed. This moisture has potential to fry your computer. As stated above make sure the computer is not plugged in and the battery is removed. After using the compressed air let it dry before turning it back on. Electricity and water don't mix well... It is also possible that you changed the laptops environment. For instance, laptops should never be operated on soft surfaces such as pillows, beds, couches ect. These surfaces block the vents which allow air to pass through and cool the processor.

Yep, that will do you just fine for home security and really most businesses in the area. Add a standard back battery surge protector to the device and you can at least get 1-2 hours of recording without power. The idea may be more important for business owners who might be concerned that the power could purposely be cut. This system is not really to hard to install and most tech savvy people can figure it out. However, I can certainly setup or even install the system if you needed. Thanks! Seven Computer Rescue

Security is the main reason for not using wireless cameras. Technically, the signal can be intercepted and potentially viewed by a stranger. Also, I suspect the quality or resolution of the video is less with wireless but I may be wrong. Samsung is the brand Sams's carries and I have used this system before and installed such a system. The price isn't that bad really. I believe they sell the 8 channel (camera) DVR's which would allow you add cameras later. The system I am referring to also allows you to access the cameras from most any device via the internet. Tablets, smart phones, and c

ATT modem + Linksys wireless router = no internet
Computer Rescue replied to shannonsolomon's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I work with this all the time. I have never come across router issues that I cannot fix. Before I can really help I need some back history on the router. If you are not able to resolve the issue give me a call and I will try to help you over the phone. Good luck, Steven Computer Rescue -
I think we can all agree that the biggest issue will be selection of channels. Just a week ago I spent a few days using just the free channels and was surprised to get so many something 50 channels. (squirrel liked my coax cable! ) But just like analog there isn't much to watch compared to cable or satellite.

I've been there and they look great! Doug is the best man for the job! Even the regulars in that place notice the difference! Good job Mr. Deep Green!

2011 Tablet Comparison Chart As for how you tether....easy. Using your smartphone you simple purchase the option generally called "3G/4G hot spot". Check with your provider to see if this option is available on your phone, with your service, and for how much. "3G/4G hot spot" means your smartphone produces a WiFi (wireless) signal that other devices such as a laptop or tablet can use to access the internet. How? Tablet connects to 3G/4G hot spot > smartphone receives data from tablet and then transmits that data over the available cellular signal giving you internet. Ok.

I Am Installing A Slave Hard Drive In My PC

First, it is unlikely that you will save money by building your own computer. You have too many “middle men” between you and the manufacturer to save any real amount of money. However, it would be a good way to learn about computers. Of course you are your own warranty. (Excluding manufacture warranty) As for buying local… Laptops you buy at the “big box stores” or online. (I would advise against laptops) Desktops can be purchased at a local PC store but…none I would recommend even Micro in Marietta. Why? Various reasons. Some local stores operate below my personal “Customer C -
Great! Now there is no reason for not calling you to saving energy and money! I feel it getting cooler already!

Hey Doug, Do you charge for estimates? Does that estimate include coming out to the house/business and measuring the square footage? Thanks! Steven

Hackers? Not concerned. There are not as many as one would think. Besides all the information they and any half witted crook needs can be found in public documents and databases already containing your information. Besides, you were required to disclose your birth date when you signed up for this website and many sites that you join. You can consider your birth date already available...but perhaps only by those who truly desire to seek it. So on that note...who gives a flying hoot. I was born in Hiram!
