    So...

Thank you Ma'am. I appreciate the feedback! I agree...P~Town is a ghost town outside of the two big churches up the street on Sundays. Tumbleweeds blow down main street . I was just wondering what others might think, I figured I don't mind volunteering the time. I have a lot of painting to do for the inside of the store and if all else fails I can do that to kill time. Sort if like, I'll be in there working anyway, so I might as well be open to customers kinda thing, lol. Owww, good ideas! We will have room, soon. You won't recognize the store when you come back in. We

    So...

...Of being open for a few hours on Sunday. Maybe 12:00~4:00 or 5:00? Here's the thing. When we have tested it out in the past, we could literally be in the store all day long and not have a single person come in. BUT I told Britaini I was more than willing to volunteer a few hours on Sundays, just to see if it might be a good idea at the point we are at now. If all else fails, I'll bring a book, or my paints and diddle around on the peace and quiet for a few hours. What do y'all think? Comments. suggestions, etc. I posted this under our non-commerce name so you would feel free
  4. LOL! Awesome. I don't find that a bit wacko . If I am not up at the bookstore, or if it is 45 minutes past 'close' when I am at the store and one of the kids or my husband calls me and I don't answer they COMPLETELY flip their wigs.
  5. I say, in all seriousness from the age of 19~ when they can. Both of our youngest (25 and almost 23) are still home. They just cannot afford it right now. Trust me when I say they would like nothing better than their own places. It's just not feasible, and I am okay with that. They contribute financially, and help me with the house. I do have plans for BOTH of the rooms when they are gone, though . I just want to be as sure as possible that when they leave they are secure enough they won't have to come back. Our oldest is 30, married homeowner, second oldest 27 married, children and h
  6. I do too...all the way up to imagining I hear the cops walking up to the door to give me the bad news. I have a REALLY active imagination. Probably why I never did acid . Britaini and my husband always answer...Mitchell, not so much. I can call his girlfriend and SHE answers and hands him the phone, lol. Yep, he can be a buttface sometimes.
  7. HAHAHAHA! Wasn't that actually Brit's status one day? I think my child could LIVE off of tater tots, and cheetos, and chocolate milk...and wine. lol
  8. Thank you Ann, yes that will work just fine. I appreciate you telling me about the sale , I LOVE working with you!!!
  9. 6 pack half Snowberry and half Pumpkin Marshmallow would be great if you can do that!
  10. He was at work all day yesterday and he left early. Then after work he went straight to his girlfriends house and he NEVER answers the phone when he is with her, but that's alright we love her too . I knew where he was, just wasn't sure what time he was going to be in and until he is safely in the house it's near impossible for me to relax and go to sleep. He calls me 'crazy little Mama' .
  11. Thanks . I feel silly sometimes. I know he will move on soon...but as long as he still lives here I worry till he (or Brit) gets home. Edited to say YEAH he is home . Silly man~child .
  12. I have to be at the store with Britaini tomorrow. To offer moral support, if nothing else. I worked on a HUGE canvas today for over 8 hours today and my thumbs hate me (arthritic)... but my son still isn't home. He is almost 23, but I am a freak and still cannot go to sleep till everyone who is supposed to be here is here. Anyone else have this problem? Yeah, I am a spaz.
  13. Lol...just take it as an affirmation that you are loved.
  14. I hope someone 'in the know' will answer. I don't have any idea. I have been confused a LOT lately, though so no surprise there, lol.
  15. 'Craig's List' scares the bejezus out of me. The whole setup is skeevy.
  16. Lol! Yes please Can you order 4 of the bars? I will love you forever !!!!!
  17. LOL! Yes, that is true too. I'd say most of us were 'multiple' felons .
  18. Right? I agree. I have been with my husband Ray for 14 years, married since '99. I tell him he is 'my favorite of all my husbands', lol. I don't need to remember all of that other crap.
  19. Lawbreaker . After I typed that I realized we must have gotten married in 92. How crazy is it that I can't remember that? Yep, he was a jerk. Best to forget, lol.
  20. Yep I did too, and I married her a**hole birth father in 1990 (or 91) Hard to remember, good riddance to bad rubbish . So I suppose the JP that married us was breaking the law as well? Weird.
  21. P.S... Don't forget. If you would like, and have nothing else to do in your boring humdrum lives ...we are moving around a massive amount of books at the store tomorrow (starting at 10:00am). If anyone wants to drop in and help out. HOWEVER you can help, Brit will be supplying copious amounts of sugar and carbs (in the form of sodas, doughnuts and pizza) to keep you amped up and buzzing. We also pay in books . When the dust and paint settles, the store is going to look awesome .
  22. If I'm not mistaken it was still technically illegal (as in on the books) here in the state of Georgia, in 1986. The year I gave birth to my daughter... .
