Not true. Once the parental rights are terminated, and a judge signs the final order, it is absolute. Private adoption is much different than going through the state to adopt a foster child. Once the records are sealed, the biological parents will have no legal claim whatsoever.

There is no scam. He is simply a young student from Estonia trying to earn some money for college by selling educational books for children door to door. If y'all would sit down and talk to him like a human being, you would find that he is a very interesting and intelligent person who loves the USA and is just trying to make a living. I did not buy any books, but we had a couple of beers and a very nice conversation about his journey through America. (BTW- the public information he uses is readily available online.)
