OMG! FREAKY! I "beat" my son the other day coming out of Wal-Mart (classic Walmart customer) with hamburger buns after I threatened him the whole way thru the store not to sit on them and as soon as I paid for them he sat right on the bag!!!! He got hamburger buns right across his head in the parking lot!!! LOL!!! Him and his brother laughed at how mad it made me!!!!!!

Not looking for a date, huh???? Take someone out for drinks a few times and I bet you end up with a "date"!!!!

Any news from the agent? Sounds to me like whoever it is hasn't done too many short sales. It's pretty known across the board that it's a long wait on those. Also, not to be a downer but after looking at the picture but I think that house was on the market when we were looking last year. It MAY be a different one but looks alot the same.

I understand! We were fighting the clock b/c we had to be out of a rental. She already had someone moving in. My dad was even our realtor and so that helped but it was so irritating! Granted, some of the back and forth was the loan that we "thought" was already pre-approved and the builder going under right in the middle of the deal that tied things up. It seemed like it was always something. MANY sleepless nights!!! In the end, it worked out better than I even thought possible!!!!!!! HANG IN THERE!!!!!!!!

I have sympathy for anyone buying a house. We just closed in December after 6 months of paperwork and back and forth! DON'T GIVE UP!!! It's the most stressful thing EVER but so very worth it in the end.
