I don't know that PC has ever added days when we went over our snow days. I would expect that they would do the same as last year and add 15 minutes to the end of the school day. It would be the most cost effective way to do a makeup. What if Chicken Little never warned the people on the farm that the sky was falling? What if NC didn't give us all a warning about snow-babies? What if we didn't have 4 threads about school being closed? What if I could pee standing up?
