We're talking about a grown man hitting a baby with whom he had no connection. Not a parent disciplining their own child. Not that slapping a baby in the face is EVER appropriate. But a total stranger attacked a tiny baby. Two years old is still a baby. They do not have the ability to communicate completely or defend themselves. If he had slapped a 90yo woman in a wheelchair for not moving quickly enough, I guess that would be okay with you too. Sad mentality there. Attack those who are weaker than you just because you can. I didn't hear about him slapping a 220 lb boxer wh

I would have beat the living crap out of that man for laying a finger on my TWO YEAR OLD! Hell, I'd knock him on his booty and kick him in the area where he obviously has nothing because he attacks toddlers instead of burly men if he laid a hand on my 21yo. This is a vicious dangerous person. I hope he spends a few years learning to behave himself in a locked environment.

Sadly, many stop complying with chemical castration. We had a problem in Rome a few years back where a convicted sex offender was getting Viagra (for free!) because of his sexual problems. Once it was discovered that he was a convicted offender, there was a rush to change the rules and stop him from getting anymore. Monsters learn to slip around the rules and the laws. -

I hate that one from "Card Services" that says something like "there is nothing wrong with your account at this time. . . " They are not from any real credit card company, and they never ask for any particular person. If I get a recorded call with no name mentioned, it is hung up on. I hate them. And in case you missed it, I hate those calls! -
Great responsibility there. And it sure is a different world when your foot the entire bill.

I used to do this when mine were young. Mine even went to my college classes with me on that day a couple of times.

I've been through this a few times. It is simple. In my house, you have a curfew (with flexibility for occasions). As a member of this household, you have to be home by 10pm during the week and midnight on Friday and Saturday. Why? Because I can't rest unless I know everyone is home safe and sound. And they have to let me know where they are and update me if things change. Why? If you don't make it home, I want to know where to start. Too many kids, male and female, disappear everyday. I am not being overprotective, just safe. I know there is no curfew at school, so most of th

That was the problem. I stunk at the accent, but it was there with a southern twang to boot. I just knew they were going to be insulted by it, and I didn't want to explain to total strangers that I have a weird problem with mimicking accents. P.S. I like warped and demented people. They keep the world interesting.

I tend to start talking like whoever I'm talking to. I met some people from Scotland at a pool one time and had to leave because I didn't want them to think I was mocking them with my Southern Scottish accent. I don't do it on purpose. And I can't seem to stop it once I start. And I tend to have a very risque sense of humor at times. But everyone knows I'm a little warped and demented.

Thanks! I am dealing with this little tablet with no CD drive. I have MS Office, but haven't been able to load it on here. I don't want to pay for it again, but the trial on the computer is about to run out. I like alternatives.

After I graduated from college, my husband and I took our kids to Florida. We spent a few days at Disney and hit all their parks, then we went to Cocoa Beach and spent several days there. We were able to see the space shuttle land, and the astronauts passed the Olympic Torch. My kids got a chance to hold the Olympic Torch. Great memories! Wonderful family trip. Close second would be when we went to Cape Hatteras, NC to visit an old friend. I hadn't seen her since middle school. She and I were best friends and lived on the same street for years. She married another boy from the sam
