The mortgage company will do this ive seen on some commercial foreclosures where they do a certificate if occupancy, not so much in residential.

I'm just over 35 weeks, the baby has gotten very still in the last few days, and I have also had tight belly without noticeable contractions. The US yesterday said she was VERY low. My first one was a failed 3 day induction process at 38.5 weeks. I don't remember her being still before the induction at all, but apparently she wasn't in a hurry to get out.

Unknown takes Hiram Mayor with 97 total votes
kwood replied to gpatt0n's topic in Paulding County NEWS
Hopefully she will take the job seriously and serve out her term. And to the original article in this post, saying Ms. Devey was running a stealth campaign I can only assume you're saying that because she didn't buy advertising on paulding.com or post in the forums. As a city resident I saw just as many signs for her as I did for Mr. Brown, the difference was that Ms. Devey personally came to my front door and introduced herself and asked for my vote. She put in the leg work. And when she came to my door she left a list of her plans for the city as well as a copy of her resume. I can assure yo -
I think its that way because of the special election I'm not certain, this is only my second time voting in a city election. However, early voting was available for the county and the city, and the polls were open 7 to 7 today. I think that's ample time to get to both polling locations.

Lets just start this whole thing out with questioning everything. Maybe Ms Devey won because she was a newcommer and hasn't been on the council previously. Maybe there was low turn out because turnout in city elections even when scheduled regularly are low. -
If your responsible then just buy it on Saturday, and let all the irresponsibles be out of it on Sunday

Said restaurant should have planned better, there is no NEED for alcohol, there are plenty of ways to do without it. There is never an emergency where you just HAVE to have liquor. And it's hardly imposing MY personal views when it has been the law in the state long before I was ever born. We can agree to disagree.
-
I wouldn't classify milk and liquor as similar items. And to the poster below (now above) I don't affiliate with any religious group and I voted against Sunday liquor sales. No one NEEDS liquor on Sunday, so limiting sales to every day except Sunday, to me at least, is no great loss. But it's a moot debate since it is legal where I live. I just think it's silly to get all torn up about not being able to buy it on Sunday when it's readily available every other day of the week. You just need to plan one day ahead.
-
I don't understand the big deal of not being able to buy on Sunday. You can still buy at restaurants, and and if you need some for Sunday buy it Saturday. It's not like any of these areas are dry. If you need a drink that bad you can always drive to Hiram.
-
I haven't bought any but I could have sworn that the kroger at 278 and 61 was already selling since the cases were now lit up on Sundays. But I know the city of Hiram has been selling since December.
-
It could have to do with your agent, but your agent is just presenting your offer. They cant force the hand of the seller. The seller is going to take what they see as the best deal which may not be yours even if you think it is. You mention inventory being low in the area you're liking, that probably has more to do with it

I am a city resident, I did vote in the last election, and I will vote in this election. I will vote for whoever is going to do more for the old down town Hiram area. I think we need to do more to support those businesses and more to draw people down there. I'm hopeful with two business owners on the council now that we might see more going on in our down town area.
-
I'm not saying it doesn't make sense. I just want to make sure I'm understanding that right. And I am wondering if the average Hiram resident realizes they have to vote in 2 different places.
-
Just to be clear, if you're voting in the City election you have to go to the city building to vote, and if you're also wanting to vote in the primary you have to go to your county polling place? So I have to make two stops to vote in one election?

Question about a post I had yesterday that was relocated

No problem I am an avid message board user, and have been for years. I think limiting the front page to funnel people to recent topics would be a good solution. -
Question about a post I had yesterday that was relocated

I go to forums, then internet cafe. Read a post, possibly respond, and then click the back button to go back to the list of topics within the internet cafe. When I'm done I usually close out and then come back the way I came later in the day and the conversations are updated with new posts. That's how I've always used the site. I'm in the slightly over 30 demographic. I don't have a fear of clicking things, that's just the way I've always used the site. I never honestly really noticed the recent topics button. I sometimes go to the county wide news section, but that's about it. Of course I'm n -
Question about a post I had yesterday that was relocated
kwood replied to marvinthemartian's topic in RECENT TOPICS
That may be how some people use the forums. I can tell you when I come here I click on forums and then I click Internet Cafe and I rarely, almost never go anywhere else on the site, and I'm guessing there are a lot of people the same way. I'm not arguing the point, just making a statement. -
Question about a post I had yesterday that was relocated
kwood replied to marvinthemartian's topic in RECENT TOPICS
To your original question about posts being moved, this is why a local business owner dropped their commerce account here. Any post made here was moved to a different section, and therefore got very little visability. Which would have been fine, but the enforcement of that rule didn't seem to be uniformly applied to all commerce members. The rule is fine as long as its applied to all but you don't get exposure in those other forums. And to your second question I don't have an answer:) -
Whattoexpect.com has TTC groups. I have friends who have or still do post on them. I was on their pregnancy message boards when I was pregnant with my first daughter.

I have no idea if anyone has ever died near there. Looks like it was put there recently. I thought maybe someone might know something about it.
-
I cant tell what is written on them. They're stones with some kind of salt on them all stacked. Some of the stuff written looks like letters, some looks like symbols.

These were spotted down by the railroad tracks in Old Hiram in front of Main street Antiques and The Book Shelter.

There are two antique stores in downtown Hiram. Main street antiques and a new one in the little house behind the pawn shop. I'm not sure of the name. If you don't find what you are looking for speak to the owner they may be able to help you find what you're looking for. On a side note, its sad that this is paulding.com and it takes this many replies for someone to list a business actually located in paulding county. I try to do as much shopping locally as possible. Give our local businesses a shot, and speak to the owners. They are very helpful even if they don't have what you're looking
