  1. I'm waiting for someone to come on and say that people have been coming in and getting free refills for years and no one has been prosecuted, therefore we shouldn't prosecute these people because they were just following a tradition.

http://www.ajc.com/news/damages-total-7-500-1388016.html "All buildings were spray painted to include windows," a deputy wrote in the report. "Access was made to the roof where it was also painted. Chairs, tables and benches were thrown out into the parking lot and several vehicles spray painted." I guess I took to assume that chairs table and benches came from inside the school. Maybe they didn't.

I believe the link was provided in this thread. I'll try to dig it up, I think it was on patch.com, but I'm not sure.

I would like to know if this is true or not. I read an article, not on here, in regards to additional vanadlisim that involved actually breaking into the school.
  5. I'll agree with the poster who is saying people are nosy, and shouldn't worry about finding ouf who has been arrested for what. While I understand being curious, there is a lot of stigma that goes along with it, and without knowing the whole story it makes it hard for those arrested to be motivated to turn things around when they know they will just be judged for their mistakes.
  6. I agree with a local driving range Year round county pool like the one in west Cobb Grocery store within the city of Hiram (aldi does not count, and it need not be whole foods or trader Joe's) More local restaurants (although I would gladly welcome a taco Mac) a decent children's consignment shop like once upon a child Gas station at the intersection of 278 and 120 What I don't want... A new bookstore (we have a bookstore in old Hiram that can get you any book) Thrown together thrift stores Mexican restaurants
  7. I wouldn't bet on me, ive been timing contractions. They're about 30 minutes apart and last 3 to.5 minutes so I think its just braxton hicks.
  8. All these parenting ideas would have gotten me kicked out of my nonlinear mothers group
  9. Can we get a group rate? I'm scheduled 2 weeks from Tuesday, but the way I feel today I cant imagine I'll make it that long.
  10. Its funny I used to think it was a lot if work when my first was born, but now I'm thinking about the second being here and I'm relieved that at least for a while I'll be able to put the new one down and at least she wont be able to run away. My almost 17 month old is running me ragged. She runs and climbs everywhere, I cant turn my back on that one for a second. I'm looking forward to the immobile months
  11. We used a family bassinett that every child on my husbands side of the family has used since his mom was born, which made it about 57 when we used it for our first. My husbands cousin took it to use for her son, and we just got it back for our second. Our first slept in that in our room for about the first 5 months and then we transitioned to a crib. I have friends that swore by the rock and play sleeper posted above. My daughter ended up sleeping in the bassinet propped on a boppy due to reflux issues. Not the reccomended thing, but she made it through, and it was the only way she could get a

Is there anyone smart enough? Are you serious? Anyone smart enough not to spraypaint should be given a freaking medal. Those are the "good kids" I'm sure one of those kids has a higher than average gpa.

I'm a 32 year old mother of soon to be 2 children. Painting the road is a crime. Just because no one was held responsible for it in the past does not make it any less of a crime. From what ive read they are still going to graduate, and I'm guessing probably wont face a felony when all is said and done. Maybe they will learn a lesson from this early in life. Crime is a crime, and they are now dealing with the consequence of being stupid.

I am disappointed in the adults here that want to make excuses for these teens and don't want them to face punishment. This is why these teens thought this kind of thing was no big deal. Its a crime plain and simple.

What about the kids who knew nothing about it? How is that fair? We should punish the innocent just to make sure we don't miss any of the guilty?
  16. Did you check under the refrigerator. It might have rolled under there I think I'll go to Scallini's tonight, maybe we can meet up in the hospital.
  17. So ive seen 3 posts deleted.from this conversation 2 of.which were mine. I get the hint that my opinion or view point is not valid. This place is a joke.
  18. The packs of diapers were small though. We usually buy the bulk size boxes from walmart. I wonder how the per diaper price compares.

Life isn't fair, the sooner they learn that the better. And maybe it will teach them in the future that just because their friend is jumping off a bridge that they shouldn't go in right behind them. For the record, I said I don't think they should be saddled with a felony, but I have no issue with them being suspended, doing community services, what have you.

You don't build up credit to get away with illegal activities. Wrong is wrong.

These are not "good kids" the Good Kids are the kids that stayed home that night and didn't vandalize property. They may be kids that get good grades, participate in school activities, and haven't been caught doing anything before, but the mere fact that they thought it was ok to walk on to school grounds and spray paint something means that they are not "good kids" And we should really be concerned about kids walking out? Really? Let them walk out. And make them aware that anyone caught walking out will be facing appropriate discipline if they do it. You want the inmates running the jail?
  22. My induction was a horror story, and it did end up in a c-section, BUT, don't beat yourself up if it comes down to that. You still get a baby either way Also I was part of a pregnancy message board, and a lot of the first time mom's went close to or past their due date. They were trying all kinds of old wives tales to get the baby to come. I know a few that had membranes scraped, and it seemed it was hit or miss wether it sped things up or not. But I hear its painful. Yep, they can use a vacuum.
  23. If I hadn't been induced at 38.5 weeks with my first I'm convinced she'd still be in there. Even with the induction I didn't progress. This one is just over 36 weeks and not a hint of early labor.
  24. No one is asking anyone to raise an unwanted child for 18 years. And if you don't like the insurance coverage being offered to you then go buy something else, or find a cheaper alternative to cover the things not covered. In this particular case she is saying that birth control costs her $100 a month. Condoms aren't 100 dollars a month unless you're having lots of sex. Abstinence is free. Why should a company be mandated to cover something because you think it's too expensive? Of course this is completely off the orginal topic, and is going around in circles. You believe what you want to belie
  25. My original point was in reference to Fluke who complained that her insurance did not cover birth control, and it should be mandated that insurance cover it for her because she's a struggling law student. The media and the left would like us to sympathize with her and make the republicans out to be the bad guy for not wanting to mandate that a company provide coverage for something. Why is it anyone's responsibility but hers (Fluke) to provide herself with contraceptives? Having sex is not a right guaranteed in the constitution. It's a privileged that comes with responsibility. If you don't wi
