I'm torn on this issue. I think there are plenty of places to get a alcohol without having to expand, but people should have the right to choose. I just know many times that people who live with alcoholics only have one day a week when they know that their drunk can't get a drink (or couldn't). But that ship set sail when Hiram voted on it. Personally I don't drink and it doesn't make a difference to me if someone can get a drink on sunday. I would be voting no, but I moved to an area that still has the no sunday sale laws, so my vote won't count in Paulding.

I don't know why, but this reminded me of something I saw a couple months ago at Steak-n-Shake in Hiram. We were pulling into the parking lot, and there was a woman, I would assume she was in her early 40's, with a girl, I would say she might have been 10 or 11, and the lady was SCREAMING at the girl (I wasn't close enough to hear what she was saying). Why couldn't say Sesame street, Curious George, Electric Company, Clifford, ETC, not exist on a channel outside of PBS? Those are the only shows I allow my toddler to watch, and I would allow her to watch them on any channel which leads me to believe that they could exist as programming on another channel that sells ad space.

This isn't a dictatorship where the Govt tells us what we can and can't do. The govt (should) work within the peoples guidelines. If a company doesn't want to provide BC coverage then you have the CHOICE to not work there.
