The thing is these aren't my neighbors. These are people making so much noise on the road that I can hear it 1 MILE away in my neighborhood. I agree by the time you get a divorce it can be years in the making. I have a 21 month old and a 4 month old. They give me a detailed sheet at every well visit with a vaccination as to what is being vaccinated for, and what to look for. I guess you will have to ask someone who was alive the last time these diseases were prevalent.
