Well, I said the 21st because most doctors are so determined to induce if you go past your DD, but I figured they would do it 2 days past vs the very next day. 18th because that is when my doctor would be like, "Okay, time to get the baby out." Lol...my doctor likes to plan the births, and I didn't mind, either! He always gave me a choice of doing it or not, but I wanted my babies out. This time, not so much. Bring on the overdueness! And, eggplant parm is YUMMY!!!!!

February 18 or February 21. I'm indecisive! 7 lbs 6 oz. 20 inches. Now, if you go eat at Scalini's restaurant and have their eggplant parmesan...my vote is whatever day or day after you go I know of several people that this worked for who had their babies within 24 hours. But they were at least 38 weeks. I never tried it, but I wanted to. I think I will try it this time, even though I DO NOT want this baby out...lol. I will just try it to see if it works with me!

What is something you CANT live without?

I can't live without the internet, but that's only because I truly need it for studying. Otherwise, I could go without it...would just be really bored But yeah, I don't get my "hair did," nails done, anything like that...I don't ever treat myself, so there is really nothing I can't go without. -
It's just my opinion, but this woman has children and wants to live...I don't think the "sanctity" issue should even be on the burner. This is a life or death situation for her, and she has found what she believes to be the solution to her issue. The government isn't helping her...so she has to help herself. The only thing I wish for her is that whoever she ends up marrying, if anyone, has their heart in the right place and is not some psychotic nut. It is hard to imagine any man that would marry her to give her health insurance without another set of motives, but it's possible.

But that doesn't explain the jump in the electric bill for those who have gas heat. And--I already posted this--but my mom's bill was like $700 and something...they don't have gas, BUT their heat was broken for the entire billing cycle. So they didn't even have heat. How their bill went up $500 is beyond me. And they have a new meter.

Because that would take years for her to do. It would take her at least 2-4 years depending on what she went to school for. And when her insurance runs out, she will not have her meds. If you research her condition, it is pretty rare. She risks serious infection/death if she does not have her medications. She doesn't have time to go to school, and I don't think anyone can knock her being a stay-at-home mom with no degree for that long. She probably didn't anticipate a divorce, and probably didn't anticipate having a deadly disease.

Ugh...that sucks. Sorry! Were you expecting it at all (aside from unemployed friends and people everywhere you turn)? Any other layoffs prior to yours at your job? Either way, it sucks...

I'm so sorry for your loss...

Seafood...except for fish sticks. Lol. I think popcorn shrimp tastes pretty good too, but I just won't eat them because I think they're nasty little creatures. Shopping. HATE shopping, even for clothes. I like the stuff, but I hate the act of going shopping. I get all hot and dizzy when I'm around that many people that are trying to look at the same product I am. I feel like I'm going to pass out...ugh. Beer. It tastes like pee, and it ALL tastes the same to me. John Mayer. I can't STAND his voice or his "deep" lyrics. Lol. Football. I really hate watching sports, except fo -
While it is ridiculous and sad, it sounds like it is a necessity for her. I mean, what will happen if she cannot afford her medications? It sounds like she could die pretty easily...and if the insurance companies are denying her, what other real choice does she have than to be creative? I just wonder what this "husband" of hers will expect from her..........

You just pay for one...one tip is to NOT have the fee deducted from your return. It's obviously convenient since you won't have to pay the fee upfront, but they taken an additional $30 from your return to do that. I didn't realize that, and last year it cost $75 total for the fees, whereas this year it cost like $50 because I paid for the fee upfront with a credit card. Also, if you bank with Bank of America, you can log in and visit their website and they should have a Turbo Tax logo somewhere on the page advertising 30% off or so with Turbo Tax. :-D You click and it will take you to TT

TURBO TAX!!! I love it, and it's so easy that I can do it myself in about 20 minutes. I do clear the return and start over just to be sure I did it correctly the first time, but it's really so very easy. Try it out...the part I like best is the counter at the top that lets you see how much you are getting or losing with each category you complete. It's nice to see that number go up! We get the most we have ever gotten with Turbo Tax.

Why do some people consider the truth as rude?

DANG! And I thought I was the hormonal one today. I have no idea what any of this is about, but it sure makes me feel better knowing I'm not the only one who is feeling a little snippy... <~~~We all need some of that. Sure wish I could have a drink or two today. Lol. -
Good God, just please someone get in touch with them and tell them I have 2 little boys they can have...and 1 more soon enough...!!!

Cabbage is good whether or not you choose to breastfeed. I breastfed both of my boys, but after I had my second son my boobs were HUGE. Seriously, I had to hold them up with my hands they were so heavy and painful. It is because of the implants that I have...the milk just had nowhere to go, so my boobs ended up like Dolly Parton's! Lol. His pediatrician suggested cabbage, and it worked! It really did work...my boobs had been like watermelons for days, but within 24 hours they were completely back to normal. They can't really offer a scientific answer as to why it works, but it just does. I was

That is true...it doesn't really matter how many kids you already have...it could happen with any pregnancy. But, with that many pregnancies, at some point you are bound to have some type of complication, and I just have a feeling they never had that in their minds. They are such positive people that they probably did not ever imagine themselves in the situation of having an emergency delivery resulting in a very premature baby, and I imagine it is very hard on their family right now. I just hope they are prepared if they continue having babies because once you have certain complication like t

Lol. No, not in labor...was induced with my other 2 and was thinking I wanted to let things happen naturally this time. I think I'm changing my mind because I'm SO not ready...I want to know when the day is. Lol. I would probably have a heart attack if I went into labor and DH was at work or something! I love, love, love my baby, but it was so much easier with just one child. It was a breeze. But, that could also be because he hadn't hit the terrible 4's yet. He was really well behaved until he turned 4.

A metal detector??? LOL!!!!!!!!!! That is hilarious! Hey, you never know, though. He could find something good one day I can tell you right now...if I wasn't having another baby and daycare wasn't insane, I WOULD find at least a part time job. I worked for about 2 months waitressing 3 years ago and I felt so much more refreshed when I got home at the end of the day. I feel like I'm about to start all over with this new baby coming soon. Yikes. AND I will be working from home. I have no idea how I am going to work full time from home and manage an almost 2-year-old and a newborn. It w

Everyone thinks my son is the sweetest kid...they just haven't spent a full day with him. Lol. Any time he is in trouble, he goes to his room and draws a picture of the family holding hands and then brings it to us. Little stick people. He sure does know how to play us.
-
Aww...It must be going around lately. I have been extraordinarily interested in my husband the past few months...unusually drawn to him. Nothing really changed, either.
-
I definitely think there is something about being at home all day with the kids that compounds everything. Obviously it is from not getting out. But you know...I don't want to get out with the kids. I want to get AWAY from the kids, and I can't. Lol! I have been in playgroups before and had my own last year...we got to do stuff with just the adults, though...but I really envy my husband because he just gets up and goes when he wants to hang out with his friends, but everything I do has to center around the kids and what they want to do. Do you feel that way? I have spent the past 5 years being

That's quite the issue! My entire family lives 4 hours away, and my husband's family is just NO HELP and they are just a little over an hour away. When his mom does come visit, which is not often (every few months), she comes late in the day on a Sunday. And the baby just knocked me in the head with the heavy end of a light saber he took from Gavin...that will surely leave a lovely bruise. Lol.

My mom lives in South Carolina and just got the new meter recently. Her bill last month was $225 for a house around 3,000 sq ft. This month it was $750! AND...here is the kicker...their heater had actually BROKEN so they HAD NO HEAT running for that billing cycle. Tell me there isn't something WRONG with that!
