I think it is crap. I don't think it is actually the new guidline yet, but a government recommendation. But, that being said, I have not had a chance to really read a lot about it yet. I plan to today, though.

Well, after I read the chicken thread, we are having pork chops! I think the sell by date is today, so I need to go ahead and cook them - I'm afraid to let them go another day. That was my mom's favorite. She said that my granmother wouldn't let her and her sisters watch it, so they'd sneak across teh cow pasture to go to their aunt's house and watch it. I miss Roseanne, Married With Children & the Cosbys. When I was really young, I watched A-Team, He-Man, Knight Rider & Remington Steel. (I watched those last two with mom - I wanted to grow up and marry Pierce Brosnon lol)

That is what I had read a little bit ago. It brought tears to my eyes. This whole story just makes my heart hurt.

That's how I feel. This just disgusts me. I also feel bad for her father. I read an article earlier where he was interviewed. He raised this little girl for the majority of her life, and she had just gone to live with her mother about a month ago. He is probably beating himself up over this.

I went Saturday afternoon, about 2ish. They were so packed! I got in the parking lot okay, but I didn't think I was ever going to get out. lol. Everytime a car pulled out another pulled in. I got a loaf of french bread, and some chocolate & vanilla cupcakes. Oy my gosh they were sooooo good. I will def. be back to try some red velvet cake and some coconut cake.
