Finger foods, cakes and cookies and beer, wine and cocktails at my Grandma C's on Christmas Eve. Someone always likes to get into my Grandpa's globe bar and see if anything is still any good. Then that person gags and screams she/he can't eat another thing 'cause "that was just nasty". Grandpa C passed in 1999 so there is no telling how old the liquors in his bar are, lol. We eat, laugh, drink, eat some more, open gifts, eat and drink some more. Now that my cousins, brother and I have gotten older it's the only time of year we are ALL in one place at one time. Girl, you have never heard of the Marietta Diner? lol I have family in Clarksville, TN that have heard of the Marietta Diner. LOL It's the same owners as Pasta Bella, and it is good from what I hear. It is always packed when I go by it, but I have never eaten there. It's on 41 not far from where the Big Chicken.

I was just talking about this with my husband the other night. We had watched one of the "30 for 30" movies, the one about the nascar driver whose name escapes me right now.... He died of AIDS. It was during the time no one discussed it.

Oh don't worry, I am reading all of these with great interest. I just love sleep so.... I know, you are right! Just reading this makes me a little skeered, though. lol I have asked my mom this when discussing other people's children. lol She said that she got my brother and I to sleep through the night around 6 weeks. She fed us a little cereal at night in our milk. She said all of my aunts did it and so did my grandma. All of my cousins, brother and I are healthy and none of us (well, one cousin is) are overweight.

LOL, no, not yet. This is the first. I feel bad tht we eat in bed - it's just plain lazy but it is comfy. especially now that it is so cold downstairs unless we have a fire. I think we'll just keep dinner in bed until the baby comes, because it will be a loooong time before we can do it again.

We only use canned chicken for chicken salad. And never, ever mayo We were both raised by Yankees, so Miracle Whip only in my house, lol. Anyway, I use 1 can white chicken drained Miracle Whip finely chopped onion, handful or two finely chopped celery grapes, red or green, sliced inhalf, hand ful or two. Salt Pepper I measure nothing, so I guess all of that is to your taste.

Are you sure it's open? lol Just asking, 'cause the hubs and I have had many an argument when I find a smoke filled house. Everytime it's 'cause he didn't open it first. Other than that then you prolly need it cleaned. Unless it is stuck shut or broken.
