That reminds me of something I saw a while back about having raised desks where you have to stand to work on your computer. I did read somewhere that it doesn't do any good to get up and exercise for thirty minutes or so if you're just going to sit back down for the rest of the day.

I have a question - what is the trick to cooking fish without making the house smell like fish? My husband hates the smell so I never cook it but I want to.

That's one good thing about getting old. I said right after I got home from the store that I wished I had bought some ice cream. A hot fudge sundae with lots of whipped cream sounds really good.

I have been wanting a crockpot roast all week but when I looked at Kroger they cost too much. I keep forgetting to go to the meat place, can't remember the name. We invited Red Baron for dinner tonight, it was quick and easy.
