This is the way I felt last night. It seems wrong to celebrate the killing of another human being, but I understand people feeling that way. There was a woman,Polk County tag, pretty sure it was not a teen, on 278 at 6 earlier that just kept going slower and slower in the right lane and I needed to turn onto 6. I finally was able to get in the turning lane and saw the reason why she was going slower and slower - SHE WAS TEXTING!!. I wanted to pull in front of her and stop, get out and yell at her, but I don't do things like that. I'm really not into road rage. I don't get why people still text while they're driving.
