this happened to my neighbor who was never home at that time. They took out a leaking fire hydrant and all this water was all over the place. 2 people. truck drivers both on the road and home maybe 4 days that month and it was over 300 dollars. No leaks. I believe they charged them for the water loss due to the hydrant.

Its the age. My mom did and does the same thing but doesn't do it as much now. If she is alone in the house with no neighbors it makes it that much worse. Even if you could get her into a apt by her or you, it would let her be able to get out and meet people. My mom was in a trailor by herself and she couldn't stand to be by herself with no one around. ah but that is what is wrong with society today. You do something wrong you get punished and then you fight the punishment so it won't hurt so bad. Today's kids are barely slapped on the wrist if they do something wrong. They know this and continue the bad behavior. Parents don't teach their kids that with bad behavior comes punishment and you have to accept it whether its not going to a baseball game you played so hard for or something that would hurt if taken away. Feelip, I disagree with you....Read this article. There is much more to this then just the Trayvon case. It goes further and shows how the Sanford police do their investigations. I totally believe Zimmerman should be arrested but the only thing they have is the girl on the phone at the time which does show Trayvon trying to get away. To me here is a child trying to get away from a stranger that is running after him....not the way Zimmerman states. The police didn't investigate the phone records at all...it should of been routine.
