I agree she is taking a beating because of this. Monday is Douglas county euth day. So you pop in a dog with a infection and may as well bring the other dog with him. Why take both? Were they trying to build up charges of neglect? Did the owner call on Monday? Or did she call sunday and couldn't make it. I believe they are closed on Mondays. I know she feels bad about it but why in the world would she accept the blame for it? I ask what to do about my neighbors walking their 2 big dogs 2 to 3 times a day letting them poop in my yard and leaving it. I got so frustrated I called animal control.
