  1. It's been a few months since we've talked, Mr. Troup had been ill, but he's still around. He calls my husband everytime they slaugter a hog to take sausage orders. We usually order 20 lbs at a time. The folks at West Metro speak kindly of him and see him often as well!
  2. Speaking as a Native Georgian, I was raised to tip 20%, more if the service warranted and so were all my brethren. I guess you are getting your low tip impressions from all the &^## cheap arse carpet baggers that have flooded our great state, and soiled the reputation of the true southern ladies and gentlemen. (ahem!!!) just guessin...)

  7. My fav was my 79 Z-28, 350 with a 4 speed. Take it up to Dentons, meet up with lil Tommy Parker and Terry Holden, and their Z-28's and show them how a girl can out shift their auto's off the line!!! (Former trooper/sheriff Harris can attest to this fact, but that's ANOTHER story)... Then's there's my 1983 1/2 Shelby Charger, it was fun, but back in the 80's the custom Goodyear 15' low profile tires were $225 each, ouch! "The first car to receive his attention was the Charger; it developed into the 83 1/2 Shelby Charger. Carroll dictated a large number of changes. In Shelby's own wor
  8. **HIJACK** Hey Lumak! My daughter is in AFJROTC as well. She was out sick Friday, but expects to get her plastic "weapon of mass destruction" this week. **end of hijack! 10. When did you buy the trailer/4 wheeler? If they're new/recent purchases, you can use your purchase receipt to help establish a value. If not, you need to do a market survey. Look up what a similar trailer/4 wheeler are selling for. You need to be prepared to present your case for the fair market value with your market survey information. Print the ads/pictures, be detailed about how similar, same/close in condition, wear/tear etc. If they aren't new, the market survey is the way to make your case. They'll also owe you the tax/tag on your trailer. If you can't agree, let your ins

That will close your bar doors and fast!

  15. My brother lives just down the way from there on Valerie Circle. A few months back he got a phone call at 4 a.m. from his elderly neighbor asking if he was working on something in his back yard, she kept hearing a noise coming from his back yard. My brother got out of bed locked and loaded and sure enough, some (*&^%%* had unpinned and opened the gate to his back yard and was out back trying to break the chain on his son's 4 wheeler to steal it! Brother greeted the would be thief with a full barrel, and the *&&%%)(*&% headed off into the night. He only got a b
