  3. Bill Greenwood has been featured in several national publications for his award winning Bar B Que, and made to order smoked hams and turkeys. Everyone knows him for Swallow At the Hollow, but his real passion is being a chef at Greenwoods. He's a sweet old hippie that cooks really really well! He also has a farm and grows all the vegtables served there. He sells the veggies on the square there off Green Street in Roswell every Saturday.
  4. This is something he and his friend Jesse Bone made when they were 10-11 years old playing on the computer. He knew.

  6. DH can make some FIRE A white chili, but he'd rather compete making his Poppa Johnboy's Jambalaya! He makes vats of it and all our friends come over and leave with tupperware bowls full. Gone in a day's time.

  13. DD love love loves to make these for herself! They're delicious. You can change them up dozens of ways to suit your taste. Much healthier than the frozen or delivery route...
  14. Thanks for sharing. Just reminds everyone, past the hustle and "bustle" of Hiram, there are good folks here in PC always willing to help.
  15. What really bothers me is when it's cloudy and I hear the sound of a saw mill grinding wood, and I don't live near a saw mill! Mom & Pop were both from Kansas and lived through many of run to the underground shelter moments. Tornado season was taken very seriously in our household. What I do like is that on some nights, late, all the way from East Paulding, I can hear the sound of the train pass through Dallas/Hiram way off in the distance.
  16. There is a taste of Atlanta. (no Appleby's or panda express, etc.!!) It's in October this year at Tech Square in Midtown. Very competitive. Good eats. Lots to wash it down with. Taste of Atlanta
