Channel 11 had a story several weeks ago about a woman who helped a little boy buy shoes and got a big reward in return. She gave the kid $1 and the salesperson then let the customer use her employee discount. Wow--big news.

We have been seeing Dr. Carter at West Atlanta Pediatrics since 1990. We love Dr. Carter and Dr. Young--have only seen Chad a few times but like him, too.

That was my first thought--always is when I think of great customer service.
