My husband put this around the fireplace to keep the baby from pulling stockings. It's sturdy and seems to be working great--but doesn't look great. Any suggestions how to make it look better for Christmas (and maybe a longer) without spending too much?

I don't know the answer -- but we started at pediatric dentist and my kid hated it. When we took him to our dentist at the time--Dr. Vautin in Douglasville--he did fine. He will be 21 Sunday and has never had a cavity. Youngest had to have a root canal while he still had baby teeth. He came out smiling with a big silver cap. I was a little freaked out--not sure why I just assumed they would give him a white one. I think he liked it.

They always do something special on Wednesday--lately it's been 1/2 price magazines so I quit paying much attention. I appreciate the facebook notices. My favorite nephew works for Coca-cola. He was almost the Coca-cola Bear at a conference last week. Instead he sent a pic with the bear. He said he was too tall and his legs showed--ha! Have you seen the new commercials with the polar bears? They are beautiful.

I'm sure it's me -- not you. I feel lucky if I get close.

You better hurry--Best Buy, Bass Pro Shops and several others already gone. You can still get Home Depot though.
