I was walking through the yard this afternoon and stepped in a small dip in the yard, my ankle buckled and all my weight fell down on it. Yep broken ankle. Helluva way to end the summer. I gotta hand it to Paulding Hospital though. We were in and out in 90 minutes. They took the x-rays and had the results back before they even put me in a room. Major kudos the staff at Paulding!

We have Allstate for the house and USAA for auto. USAA ROCKS if you qualify. After Allstate jacked our rates we are considering switching everything to USAA. Previously USAA could not touch our homeowners even with a multi-policy discount.

I heard them interviewing the DA on the radio on the way home from work. His comment was that he would not have brought the charges if he didn't have enough solid evidence. I hope he is right.

Glad our water comes out of the ground in front of our house! Only thing we pay is the power to pump it out. Don't ask us about our power bill. Another $500 plus this month. The well and house are separate bills. Large house, 3 heat pumps running full time. I'm putting programmable thermostats on everything this weekend to try and help with the power bill. We have them downstairs but not upstairs or in the guest house.

I can attest to that. When my brother passed 5 years ago, Sam was there and in no way, shape or form did he even once try to convince us to use Clark Funeral Home. He never even mentioned the name. He asked where we would like my brother transported to and we decided a funeral home in Austell. Sam nodded in agreement and made the statement that we had made a fine choice. Very professional.
