Question I've been wondering about West Metro because I'd really like to try them......is all the meat from the USA or is some of it imported? The "other" meat place in Powder Springs is very popular with several ladies because of the herb garden onsite that is used in their sausage, etc, but, it's known for all of the imported stuff. I hate to say this - they are as legitimately legal as any other church. Their followers "believe". Their beliefs are not mine. Yes, people use their interpretation of many things - especially the bible - to damage others. I am a christian. St. Francis of Assisi has been credited with one of my favorite quotes - "“Preach the Gospel at all times and when necessary use words.” Again, we're to interpretation. An italian restaurant at Barrett/120 has a sign hiring exp. staff. Taco Bell in Cartersville read corporate hiring managers. Don't know why I've noticed all of these today.

Know this isn't close by, but I had a quick trip to Ft. Walton area last week (birth of a baby!!) and I was amazed at the "help wanted" signs at businesses all around Mary Esther & Eglin AFB & Hurlburt Field area. Bus drivers (don't know what kind), maintenance workers, restaurants, etc. Quite a few signs on marquees of businesses. If I had to go somewhere for work - the beach wouldn't be bad - lol!

You know the water treatment plant over in Acworth on Old 41 can put some chemical in to kill the smell. I've been at the tennis center when they've called & complained and within an hour, the smell is gone. Wonder why Paulding doesn't do that before spraying the water out??

The airport is there.....How it got there/who paid, etc.?? That is over. Now, it needs to be used. I doubt the idea is to turn Paulding into a military base. Using the airport will only bring much needed money into the county - which in turn will bring much needed jobs. What better use than for our military? No, I don't live in the area. My dad bought land near there YEARS ago when the rumors of an airport started. Although he didn't "hit the spot", he made a little money off of that investment.
