I know everyone is different, but from my experience it is a good multivitamin, plus a good calcium citrate tablet like Citracal, and gelatin. Bottles of Gelatin capsules can be found in the Walmart pharmacy vitamin isle or Walgreens. Gelatin is GREAT for making the hair and nails grow strong and fast! It is the same type of gelatin that is found in Jello, so it is safe and fairly cheap. Good luck!

Sunglass cases I have found at the Sunglass Hut (mall), Belk and even Sam's Club optical. I am hard on sunglasses, so the cases are a necessity for me. Mine is the little 5" handheld battery operated TV with radio and flashlight built in. It does NOT receive TV stations any longer due to the new digital broadcasts, even though we are on a very high hill in New Hope. If you have gotten the tag number and the county from the tag then I would call that county's sheriff office. There is no "proof" that the car was being driven like this or who was driving it, but maybe the person that the car is registered to can be notified or the sheriff's office will at least have a "head's up".

I usually buy my New Balance at JcPenney, Kohl's and Rack Room. I also shop DSW but I rarely find wides in their store. In my 20s I wore a petite 7-7.5 regular width but as I aged and developed arthritis in my feet, I am now 8.5-9 wide! I have heard the Asaics gels are good for arthritic feet but I have only found them in a wide 2 times and they both killed the sides of my feet from not being wide enough.
