Our neighbors had Crist Roofing come out a couple of years ago and install a new roof. They had it done in less than one day! It was about 7 hours I believe. I was surprised how fast they finished. Who are you with for weekly pickup of recycling? We have had an issue with recycling backing up and having to put it in the garage while waiting for the can to be emptied on pick up day. This is a very good observation. Set up the motion activated cameras that someone else suggested and that way you can figure out which she is doing, a violation of the leash law or criminal trespass. Either way she is breaking a Paulding law but you will need proof.
