    My wife listens to them to and from work. I get to hear them when I wash or service her car..some of the stuff she listens to is pretty racy!

    I'd say with brown cold water, there is a leak somewhere. I hope it is before the meter rather than after. Either way, I think that the water department will send someone out to determine where the problem is and let the homeowner know what to do.

    I would suspect that the tax credit is applied against your taxes and would be declared on your tax return. I doubt it could be used for your down payment.

    We need to give Bigal a call and ask for his explanation. You do know that he is a world authority on the weather. I did read the article about ocean temperature. I do want to see whether I can find out more. I do not believe that man has caused global warming. I do believe that climate change is natural and cyclical. I do not support cap and trade either.
