Get a survey done. Although I have never had a fence installed, I have heard numberous faulty installs (not by the fence contractor) but where as some "assumes" the property line in here, and actually not. Years ago my father installed a privacy fence to hide the junk his neighbor had in the backyard. His neighbor got pissed, hired someone to survey the property lines and found my father had installed the fence 2 inches on his property. My father was forced to moved the fence, which was not cheap. But if memory serves me right, that corner was slated for a church and when they expanded West Hiram Pkwy over to 92, the county acquired the said property from a church which had plans to build.
