He is home from Iraq as of this morning!!! He sounds great and so glad to be home. He and my daughter in law wanted me to tell all of you for the thanks and welcome homes that you sent him thru me.

We drove by there when it was burning and then again after the fire department got there. Couldn't see much except that a house was no fire. DH says it looked like a mobile home. We just hope that no one was hurt.

I love the Hiram Coffee House! Helena and the staff are wonderful and the food and coffee can't be beat. Now when I want a change from everything in Hiram I go to Villa Rica. I love, love, love Gabe's Downtown! (My DH surprised me yesterday and took me to lunch there. It was his first time and he loved it!) I also love Tin Roof Cafe.

This sounds great! I have prediabetes and go to the Wellstar diabetes support group 1 a month. I'll try to stop by for this too.

My soldier son is on his way home from Iraq!!!! He should be in his wife's arms and holding my grandson on Sunday!!!!! He has been over there this time for 11 months. He had r and r in June. He's coming home!!!

Zumba is a blast. I go to class on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:15 p.m. They are held in the Jazzercise studio on Merchants Dr. in Dallas. It's across the street from McDonald's and their is a Regions Bank in the front of the shopping center. The classes are either $5 per class or $30 a month. There are about 5 of us from pcom attending the classes. Come join us...it's great fun. The instructor's name is Melanie and her phone number is 404-735-8949. Y'all don't worry about keeping up because she just started a new routine Tuesday night and everyone is learning it.

I am blessed to have my mom here living with me at almost 87 years old. I lost my daddy 7 years ago. I understand how you feel and have you in my prayers today.

I buy Dunkin' Donuts Vanila flavored coffee and then put Splenda and no fat (skim) milk. My other favorite is the Hawaiin coffee that my daughter in law brings straight from Hawaii where she's from.

So glad your mom's surgery went well and she's doing great! Continued prayers for a easy recovery.

Come on everyone! Watch this show. It's really good!

I recorded the pilot last Tuesday night and just got the time to watch it. It's a keeper!!! It stars Christain Slater who I love from Untamed Heart. It's a mystery show where they find murdered/missing people after the police have given up finding them. It's kinda like the Eve Duncan books by Iris Johansen. If you didn't watch the first show it's not too late to start. It's on ABC (channel 2, Directv) on Tuesday nights. If you did watch it; what did you think and will you watch it again tomorrow night?

Are we walking tomorrow moring? If so, where? Is the park up and running? I walked 5 miles on the Silver Comet Trail today. I started at the red caboose and turned around in Cobb county. It was a good long walk. I'd do a shorter version of that again tomorrow. Ideas and times????

Everyone should come try the Zumba class. It's so much fun and a really great workout!
