I can walk with y'all again!!! My daughter got a car tonight!!! It's a 1998 Honda Prelude. It's a great little car and she loves it! No more taking her to work and picking her up every day!!

I was on vacation from work for a week. I was still in bed watching GMA and just went into shock watching this happen. Knowing that the plane hit the second tower was happening live as I watched it and it not just being some kind of Hollywood movie was almost too much for me. The next April I was with the EPHB in Ny. Our bus was near Ground Zero and only the adults knew. The whole bus full of band memember got so still and quiet and then our tour guide announced where we were. My dh is in Savannah at Uncle Bubba's seafood and guess who's there. Bubba's sister, Paula Deen. I told him to get a picture with her for me. We went to A Lady and Sons a couple of years ago hoping she would be there. She was with her brand new grandson instead of taking care of business. No, I don't blame her at all. When my grandkids were born that's where I was too!

I used Dr. Smith at Lasik Plus too. I had mine done about 10 years ago. I had a really rough time at first. No pain at all but my eyes got worse instead of better. Had to get glasses right away. They said that once my eyes healed they'd do an enhansment surgery. NOW here's the great part --- I was going to get my daughter at 11 p.m. one night. Had my glasses on and got to a traffic light and had to stop. All of a sudden my eyes cleared up and I couldn't see out of my glasses!!! I've not worn glasses since then except for over the counter reading glasses! Never had to have the en

My oldest daughter's (28) car totally died a couple of days ago. Her father came and took it to south Georgia today. I agreed to go car shopping with her tomorrow. (No, I'm not signing for her or giving her money! Been there, done that. Bad mistake!) Anyway, my daughter thinks she is Paris Hilton and has to have everything perfect. She doesn't realize that she has bad credit. This is so not going to bed fun! Please think of me tomorrow. Thanks!

Many of you have read that my daughter's car died. Well, I will be taking her to her job in Douglasville tomorrow morning. She has to be there at 8:30 so I won't be walking with y'all. I did walk in the mall today. Yes, fast and no shopping! I might do that tomorrow too. Jasmine is so mad at me. She really misses her walks with all of you and I know I do. Hopefully my daughter will be able to find a replacement car soon! Have a great walk tomorrow.
