You can also join the Cobb County Library for a small fee if you don't live or work in Cobb. I did and I just download audio books to my mp3 player. I do it at home on my computer. There aren't any late fees doing it this way. No, you don't get to keep them. You borrow them for 3 weeks. I love it!

My son is out of Hunter too. He is on his 2nd tour in Iraq and hopes to be home in October. I was at Hunter last week driving thru the gates to get on post. There was a big SUV in front of me from Paulding County! I think it was Thursday. Not sure tho as I was there for a week visiting my daughter in law and grandson. Was it anyone on pcom?

I smoked and quit 27 years ago. If you want to smoke, go ahead. It's your choice. I watched my daddy starve to death because he had pallet cancer for the third time from smoking. He quit when his wife had lung cancer and died before he found out about the pallet cancer. Now that we know all the stuff second and third hand smoke effects I wish smokers would have more respect to nonsmokers. I had having to walk thru all the smokers in the front of store and restaurants to get inside!

I am be taking a short flight to Savannah in a week. I haven't been on a plane in 26 years! I am now very close to being diabetic and have to check my blood sugar 2x a day. I am also taking other meds. I have to use lancets to poke my finger. I plan just to take a carry on suitcase. What do I need to do with my meds and stuff? Do they need to be in the original prescription bottles? What about the lancets? Any info would be more than welcome. Thanks!
