I am interested in joining American Bodyworks gym on Ridge Rd. It looks like a great place and the owner is very nice and helpful. I was a memeber of another gym for 2 years and it ended up being terrible! The equipment was always broken, no one there to answer questions, and the place was just nasty. I prepaid for 2 years and ended up not going the last year. I don't want to get into that again. So if you go to American Bodyworks please let me know how you like it. As I said before....it's looks great and the owner was very nice and helpful. Thanks!

My cup is new. My youngest daughter and grandaughter gave it to me for Christmas. It's green with white stems, leaves and flowers. The cup itself doesn't get hot in the microwave but the coffee does. It holds 2 cups of coffee and says "Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all" - Proverbs 31:29. It's nice to know my daughter thinks that of me. Oh, and it has to have Dunkin' Donuts coffee in it!

I did the same thing. Couldn't believe how much my Dyson Animal got up! We vacuumed with our old vacuum first, then bought the Dyson and vacuum with it. Try it you'll like it. Only thing I would have done differently is buy the Dyson Ball which came out a couple of months after I got my Animal. It is so worth the extra money!
