Actually it's a quite a haul form the Silver Comet Airport to Carrollton, anywho................................ Restaurant.com has quite a few deals for restaurants in Carrollton. I buy the restaurant.com certificate quite often. You can get a $25 restaurant certificate for like $5 or $8. I ONLY buy these when they are real cheap!!!

We wanted to go try the Tin Roof but, it was closed. There is a Brazillian restaurant in Carrollton, that we will be trying out in a little while, it's called Samba Loca???? Can't wait to go try this place, has anyone ever been????

I was at Wally World today and I saw these flowers, they were $10.48 and were very pretty. I've never seen any Azaleas like these before. I realy wanted some but I didn't want to pay that much for them. Because, I reeeeeaaaalllllly wanted about 3 of each but, NOT AT THAT PRICE!! I also want some of the Yellow Azaleas (really, a differnet name but, I don't know what, at this minute!! Rhododendron, maybe??) If anyone finds these flowers at another store and at a better price, please let me know. tia!! Sorry, this pic is blurry.

Here's a few of the latest cakes. The pics of the 1 & 2 yr cakes are not that good of a picture. I took a picture with my camera off of FB. My grnddaughter helped her Mother, make/decorate her 9th Birthday cake. When she grows up, she will be a Cake Artist, too!!

From the cases that I've heard about, from this sort of thing the bank returned the money orders/cashiers checks in about 2 weeks. You know, you can lead a horse to water but, you can't make it drink.

One of our neighbors, family member hhad a bad experience there a couple of weeks ago.Spent almost 2 wks there and he had to have surgery but, he had to wait until a Dr could be called in. This is NOT a good beginning, on a new hospital. I know I will stick to WellStar Douglas or Tanner in Carrollton!!!

My cousin was told that she didn't qualify, her husband is disabled (NOT receiving SSI or Disability, yet) has a handicapped daughter and had lost her job about 2 weeks before she had applied for the ObamaCrap

I'm glad HWAM and mom2six, spouses are OK The latest report said that 2 was still in surgery, in critical condition and their injuries are life threatening. Another is still in critical condition. I think it was a 28 yo male and a 52 yo female are the ones still in surgery. Prayers for all involved. Thank the Lord that more wasn't hurt!!

On two of my Gardenia bushes, I have noticed that they have a few really thick, white-ish leaves, growing on them. I remember seeing a few of these last year, also. Does anyone else have this issue with their Gardenias. Does anyone have some Rose of Sharon they want to share/part with? tia

Paulding Neighbor Newspaper Office is in the Staples shopping Center in Hiram, I do NOT know the name of it. It's to the right of where Kauffman Tire used to be. They are closed a lot of the time, on Tuesday afternoons!!
