Got a second call back from a Cobb PD gentleman this afternoon; he had been checking out to check the graffiti on the retaining wall at Allatoona HS. I'm attaching a pic; he said the one on the left is just bubble letters of some sort as far as he can tell. But he said the six-point stars (there are two of tehm on the wall; I just took a pic of one) are definitely gang tags. They have documented them; they will have them removed. :sigh:
Eppraisal thinks my next-door neighbor's house is my house (# of bedrooms, pic). Alrighty, then. I don't trust Zillow, either. I'm with Mark on this one - if you need to know to sell, talk to a good agent or pay for an appraisal.
We didn't get drawings (we already had those; this survey was to double-check the lines which had been marked a number of years before), so the $250 sounds about right.
When I put up a fence, I had my property re-surveyed. $250. Worth every penny for peace of mind. I put the fence 6" inside the line.
