If you are not in decent shape already, I would start with P90. You can buy it used on ebay or amazon. It will prepare you for P90X. When you are done P90X then you can move on to INSANITY. I thought P90X was tough until we bought INSANITY. All I can say is that it brought me to tears.

I am a big fan of Tucci's on Barrett Parkway. Have found several pieces of bedroom furniture for reasonable prices. They have some unique pieces in there, and are always getting new inventory. I think she shops lots of model home sales, but also does consignment. I was able to negotiate price as well, but that was because that piece wasn't a consignment piece. They also offer a frequent visitor discount card.

I still have several beds from IKEA that we purchased years ago. Two have wrought iron frames, and one is wood. All of these have been through several moves, taken apart and put back together with no problems.

Works great for breaking in a baseball glove. Also helps to put some on your front teeth before you apply lipstick, and you won't get it all over your teeth. Add a tiny bit to your blush or eyeshadow and it turns them into a creme. My favorite...putting it around my hairline and on my ears before I color my hair. My two cents worth: 1. Kitty Litter works great for traction (especially on hills, or even on the back deck for dogs to walk around). It does get rather messy though, so have an old towel for them to walk off on when they come in. 2. A flannel backed table cloth on your windshield (stretch across and slam in doors to hold in place) will save you time from scraping ice/snow from your windshield. 3. Kosher salt works in a pinch for slippery steps, etc

First place that comes to mind is Caper's on Main Street in Kennesaw. Might be a little bit of a drive, but well worth it. It is a big old house, you can sit out on their porch that has shutters that open up. Awesome food and atmosphere there.

When I eat a Reeses peanut butter cup, I eat the chocolate off around the edge then I eat the chocolate off the top and bottom and finally I eat the peanut butter part. I do the same thing with vanilla ice cream bars that have been dipped in chocolate. That is all the weird I choose to share for today.
