Been there, done that...sensory integration disorder plus ADHD is a blast Mine is a teen now, and it will get better. We had the whole cut out the tags, certain socks, etc. very similar to your story. Good news is that all the new undershirts dont have tags! Your "uniform" choice is a great idea, and I don't think it is mean at all. I even went as far as to get the Monday-Friday hanging organizer for the closet at the Target. Each cubby gets that days outfit and it helps with organization/expectations and keeping it off the floor!
