  2. Your oncologist would tell you if you're triple negative - Tumors are classified accordingly 1)Estrogen positive or 2)Progesterone positive or 3) Her2 Neu positive. This means certain hormones drive the growth of the cancer. If none of these is positive, the classification is "triple negative". The effective treatment is chemo. For example, estrogen positive patients are directed to take an estrogen blocker after treatment to prevent reocurrence. Triple negatives are a smaller percentage of patients, but I do have 3 friends who are triple neg (PauldingMom being one). The classifications help d
  3. Hi Kidsrock, You are traveling in good circles - all the physicians mentioned in this post are excellent. Every cancer is different, so the treatments are geared toward the markers found in the tumor when removed. Your physicians will be focused on different aspects of your recovery - your oncologist will recommend options based on the information received from the analysis. Your treatment will be a personal journey, but I do recommend you work with your physicians to choose the best course for you. The internet, as wonderful as it is, can also be confusing with many opinions. I was a Stage 2

  10. Hey all, Just spoke to Tona and her mom is being moved to Cobb for precautionary reasons... they have a cardiologist on staff and with the long weekend, the decision was made to transport her there tonight. Tona was assured the move is just precautionary - and she loved her veggie soup last night - Keep praying for recovery...

  16. Your baby was very blessed to have a pet parent as yourself for her years on the earth. We've done rescue and I've cried over every loss - even newborn puppies. Comfort yourself in that you gave her much love and protection... she'll always be with you. I remember "Heaven is the place where all the animals you've ever loved will come to greet you"...

  20. Our pleasure... most of the fitting is just education about the fit. But since there's no standardization in the industry, different manufacturers size in different ways - so a fitting is the best way to get the right fit. We also fit nursing bras as well...
  21. We do have pillowcases, but in a different material that is also "temperature controlled"-treated... The material is more like a cotton, but works wonderfully. We have the sheets and cases on our bed - I'll check when I get to the store and see if we have stock, I may need to order but I need to do that anyway...
