A new study finds that soy may decrease recurrence of breast cancer... 5000 survivors over a 4 yr period of time. I had an estrogen-positive tumor, and the information regarding soy has been very conflicting over the years. I have eaten soy foods in moderation, but not on a daily basis. This study is interesting - I'm sure you'll hear about it. As with any study - a personal decision about your health.
