It was a stormy night many years ago when an elderly couple entered the hotel lobby on the outskirts of a mountain resort area and asked for a room. “I’m very sorry,” responded the night clerk. “We’re completely full and so are all the other hotels in the area, but I can’t imagine sending you out into the storm again. Why don’t you stay in my room?” the young man offered with a smile. “It may not be a luxury suite, but it’s clean. I need to finish my bookkeeping here in the office.” The distinguished-looking man and woman seemed uncomfortable, but they graciously accepted his offer.

I have to find a cheap place for my daughter to get married or she will drive me nuts until I shell out meagbucks for a swangy place. I was looking on the Theater site fOR DH (he wants to see Thunder Road Sat. is anyone ese going?), and I noticed that they rent it out for weddings for cheap!!!!! Has anyone went to a wedding there? if so was it nice. I have to "build my case" before I can present it to my daughter.

My family is from Rockmart and I they loooove that place. It seems to have more upscale items that the one on 92 (I love that store also). If they do close, I am sure they will open again..... I just hope they stay open or will re-open before Christmas!!!! Struggling families will need those good deals.
