A biz could decide if they wanted to be part of the program. Guidelines and ethics would be put into place and enforced. The board would be voted on by the members and all guidelines would be voted on. No one would lose their seal or standing unless there was evidence not just hearsay. I believe it could be a good thing. Of course there are lots of gray areas; however, all the members would have a voice on how, what and who of the program. That was my poor fingers hitting the wrong button...lol

Perhaps, we commerce members could create a collaborative to help resolve open issues. A member in good standing would be able to display the seal of approval. Any complaints would need to be documented but if there was sufficient proof, said commerce member would be give x amount of days to resolve the issue if they wanted to continue displaying the seal. It would be a self policing service and would not be endorsed or ran by p.comm but rather by the commerce members. As someone that had a troubled childhood, it was my Teachers that kept me going. They gave me love and hope. I knew I was "worth" something because above all else.....they taught me that. Teachers rock!!!

There is a huge difference between having an out of control ego and not taking crap. I am and was one of the nicest people anyone will ever meet; however, I did not, will not take crap from a man because I am a woman. My male counterparts for the most part, liked me. They knew I would help anyway I could; however, there were a few that had "issues" with me being a female..the only female in a sales position.
